SEC Under Scrutiny for Missing Equifax breach and CEO's password for sale on the dark web

According to the Wall Street Journal, now that the fall out has reached Washington, the SEC is being asked why they haven't moved faster to investigate EQUIFAX and their breaches.  

It's the tip of the proverbial iceberg, and it is only a matter of time before the next major issue becomes public.
